HONG NING BINGO DAY A GREAT SUCCESS
Hong Ning Chinese Aged Home hosted a sold out Bingo Fund-raiser event on Sunday 23rd June 2024 at Lotus Chinese Restaurant in Rosebank, Over 280 tickets were sold and participants were treated to a scrumptious buffet lunch which included an all-you-can eat sushi spread. They certainly got their money's worth,
This year saw a departure from previous years and the events was run in-house instead of being outsourced to a professional bingo coordinator. We wish to extend a massive thank you to Rico Xu, a TCA member, for stepping in as our bingo master and doing such a superb job. We’re booking you again for our next event Rico!
Tigers Basketball club made a donation of R95 000 to Hong Ning from their various fund-raising events. We are extremely grateful for their generosity.
The Hong Ning Committee and residents wish to thank the community for their continual support and all who volunteered to make the event so successful and enjoyable. And a huge mention to all the donors for the many prizes! And to Lotus Chinese Restaurant for the great food and the first class venue.
